Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Service and repair both electrical components and mechanical tools, ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to support smooth and efficient workshop operations.
- Innovation: Contribute to developing creative solutions that integrate electrical and mechanical expertise.
Experience and Qualifications
- For Electrical Candidates: A strong background in electrical engineering with hands-on experience in maintaining electrical components and tools.
- For Mechanical Candidates: Practical experience in mechanical maintenance, with a preference for candidates who also have some electronic knowledge. Certificate of apprenticeship or an engineering degree is acceptable.
- General Skills: A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Offshore experience or hands-on experience from the industry is an advantage
- Must live in Norway or have a valid work permit for Norway
- Ability to understand and comply with E Plug's QHSE policies and procedures
