Silje became Chief Operating Officer of E Plug in January 2024, after joining as Country Manager for E Plug in Qatar in May 2021.

Silje has over 14 years of experience in the finance and energy industries. She worked for several years in banking with DNB before transitioning to the energy sector with TCO. At TCO, she held various positions in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development, where she played a key role in commercializing the company's Completion Glass Plug Technology and expanding its presence in the well completions market. Silje holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
