Navin became Vice President for Middle East in April 2024, after joining E Plug as Operations Manager for Middle East in February 2023. 

Navin has 18 years of progressive industry experience in operations, product line, sales, and account management. He began his career with Weatherford, as an Application Engineer in their Well Construction Group, with assignments in Singapore and Brunei, as well as covering the SEA region. Following this, he transitioned to Baker Hughes, where he took on the role of Product Line Manager for the Completion & Wellbore Intervention group. Navin later returned to Weatherford, where he held multiple leadership positions, including Product Line(s), Area, and Operations Manager, in diverse regions such as Africa, Turkmenistan, Russia, and Brunei. Mr. Balakrishnan holds a bachelor’s degree with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration from Walden University.
