Hein Andre became Executive Vice President for Strategic Relations & Americas in January 2024, after serving as Chief Executive Officer for 6 years.

Hein Andre has 18 years of industry experience. He began his career with Weatherford as an Application Engineer before transitioning into Commercial and Business Development roles. In his account management and business development positions, Hein Andre played a key role in helping Weatherford expand its business in the North Sea and later served as Business Development Manager in Kazakhstan. He joined E Plug as Global Business Development Manager in September 2015, where he has been instrumental in the commercialization of the technology and the company’s international growth. Mr. Langåker holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences in Bergen.
